How do you read `uptime` in a Replicated support bundle?

A Replicated support bundle contains a file called uptime. This presumably is the output of the uptime command, but the format is different. Below is an example of the contents of this file in a support bundle captured on a CentOS 7 server:

719263.49 32713794.25

What do these numbers represent?

This is the contents of the /proc/uptime file when the support bundle was generated. The first number is seconds since the system came up and the second number is the total idle seconds aggregated across all CPUs since the system came up.
